You may claim a home you own or manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add to your home record.

Q and savings estimates

Q values, potential savings, and recommendations are informational estimates. They are not guarantees, appraisals, insurance advice, or tax advice, and they may require independent verification.

Professionals

Professionals listed on Q are independent businesses. Q does not perform the work and is not a party to agreements between homeowners and professionals.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Q means you accept the updated terms.
