Josh Glasser is the Founder & CEO of Qwesty and a Managing Broker who has spent years helping people navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions: buying a home. Through thousands of conversations with homeowners, buyers, sellers, inspectors, lenders, and service professionals, he saw the same pattern repeat after every closing. Important documents were lost, maintenance was forgotten, insurance questions surfaced at the worst possible time, and homeowners were left managing their largest asset with disconnected tools and little ongoing guidance.
That firsthand experience led Josh to found Qwesty. His vision is to give every home a living HomeIQ—an intelligent profile that helps homeowners protect, improve, and maximize their largest investment throughout the entire ownership journey. Under his leadership, Qwesty is building the platform that transforms homeownership from a series of reactive decisions into a proactive, data-driven experience.
