Josh Glasser is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Q, where he leads the company's vision, strategy, product direction, fundraising, and long-term growth. A licensed real estate broker and entrepreneur, Josh has spent years working directly with buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners, giving him firsthand insight into the complexity and fragmentation of the homeownership journey.

That experience became the foundation for Q. Rather than building another real estate app, Josh set out to create a platform that helps homeowners understand, improve, and protect their largest asset throughout the entire lifecycle of ownership. His vision led to the creation of Q, a simple way for homeowners to understand the financial health of their home, and the broader Q platform that combines intelligent guidance, trusted professionals, and neighborhood insights into one connected experience.

Josh is focused on building a category-defining company that becomes the trusted platform homeowners rely on long after closing. Together with Co-Founder and COO Nick Catalano, he is leading Q's mission to transform homeownership through Q, Raya, and the Living Map—creating the foundation for the operating system that powers the future of homeownership.

Working closely with the founding team, he helps oversee product development, cross-functional coordination, implementation planning, and day-to-day execution as the company moves from MVP to market.

Nick brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to building technology businesses. His strength lies in translating ambitious ideas into structured roadmaps, operational processes, and repeatable systems that enable sustainable growth. From refining the user experience to coordinating product priorities and supporting strategic initiatives, he plays a central role in ensuring Q delivers a polished, consumer-first platform.

As Q grows, Nick is focused on building the operational foundation required to scale the company while maintaining an exceptional homeowner experience. Together with CEO Josh Glasser, he is helping build Q into the trusted platform homeowners rely on long after closing—combining Q, Raya, and the Living Map into a category-defining operating system for homeownership.
